Check-In
Tournament Headquarters: Legion Park (Thursday) and Woodburn High School (Friday-Sunday)
Required Materials
1. Roster | 6 typed copies of the Official Tournament Roster, including birth dates, State player ID numbers(if issued) and if applicable Certified Roster form signed by club Registrar.
2. State-Issued Player Card | Player card for each player on the roster or a signed roster by your club registrar with all of your players listed. Your player cards must be US Club Soccer cards or USYS cards.
